I've led teams, built systems, improved operations, developed sales and marketing strategies, and helped businesses turn challenges into sustainable growth. I've been part of growth that doubled and even quadrupled revenue. But I've also learned that growth alone isn't the goal. The right growth should create more freedom — not more chaos.
After 15+ years of management across multiple industries, I've put out enough fires to know where the next one is likely to start. My strength is seeing the whole business — identifying bottlenecks, simplifying what's complicated, and building practical solutions that make it run better.

As a nationally recognized and award-winning photographer, I've built my career around more than creating beautiful images. I've learned how to tell stories, create meaningful experiences, develop a recognizable style, and understand what makes people stop, pay attention, and connect with a brand.
